Personality test in the selection process

Since November 2023, Remel Executive Search has been collaborating with PI Company to offer the administration and analysis of the Reflector Big Five personality test. This test not only provides statistically robust findings regarding job-related personality traits, but also insights into individual development opportunities, particularly in the context of job-relevant skills and potential. The report provides comprehensive information about so-called "Big Five" personality factors and their underlying facets, allowing us to describe the differences between the candidates efficiently and extensively.

The Big Five personality factors include:

- Need for stability: this factor measures how strongly we react emotionally to setbacks. It informs us about the impact of emotional stability on our daily live and suggest strategies to better coupe with challenges;

- Extraversion: This factor assesses the degree to which you are engaged in active social interactions with others. It offers valuable insights into a person's communication skills.

- Openness: This factor measures the extent to which you seek out new ideas and experiences. Here we find out how openness to new experiences influences creativity and learning behavior;

- Sociability: This is about the extent to which you prioritise the interests of others over your own. It reveals how the level of sociability affects relationships and conflict management.

- Conscientiousness: This factor measures the extent to which someone is organised and goal-oriented. It provides insights into how conscientiousness influences productivity and professional development.
