4. How does the search process abroad work

We collaborate with experienced local partners who support us with research and direct outreach to suitable candidates and conduct the initial prescreening. However, the final shortlist is created exclusively by us – based on personal interviews conducted from our office in Düsseldorf.

Confidentiality is our top priority – both toward companies and candidates. Information is only shared with explicit consent.

6. How do you ensure that candidates fit the company culture?

In addition to professional qualifications, we analyze leadership personality, values, and communication styles – aligned with the company culture and the requirements of our clients. Upon request, we also use PI assessments to support the selection process.

7. How is the fee for an executive search mandate structured?

Our compensation is usually based on the annual target salary of the position to be filled and is charged either as a fixed fee or a percentage-based fee, depending on the contract model. We offer transparent terms and work with success-based and partially guaranteed models.

8. How long does a typical search process take?

Usually between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the position and market conditions. Our structured process ensures efficient and targeted recruitment.
